Custom Pinball Machines
Who We Are
" I had an Idea to start a project and to get the kids involved, to teach them about electronics, woodworking, 3d printing, CAD, programming, and the overall design process. I ended up thinking that building a pinball machine would do all of these things so that is what we set out to do. We have been working on our first pinball machine for a little while now.Â
We started with only home-built prototype boards and then started the programming - at this point we didn't even have a playfield! We used a raspberry pi for the computer and, after several iterations of our own boards, we decided to move to off the shelf electronics from Multimorphic. Now, two years later, we have our first machine and are looking to build a second game." - Matt Irwin, Irwin Pinball Founder
